  • Tire center is poorly managed!!! There were three cars here when I arrived to get my battery changed. I was told 1 hour now it will end up being 3 to 3 1/2 hours for a battery change. When I questioned at 2 1/2 hours I was told that the guys aren't on top of their game today. Ironically I was told excatly the same thing when I was here 6 months ago when I questioned a long wait. I'm sitting outside and i hear mechanic's complaining of not getting lunch and frustrated with the amount of work and not enough help. Inside you can visibly see that other customers are frustrated. This is not the employees fault but a management issue. The store runs fine but they forgot about the tire shop in the back of the store. I have wasted a good portion of my afternoon sitting here, I will never come back here again for anything related to car repair!!!!
