  • Went in to Fix my iphone 7, for starters he was rude on the phone and the sign on the door said lunch from 1-2, i was outside till 3. Even an older lady said he wasn't there since around 12:30, then once he's back and we get it all sorted, he says 30-40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. He fixed my phone screen but now my proximity sensor doesn't work, my mic doesn't work, and my screen on occasion glitches out. Pay the extra money at Apple, it's worth it.
