  • Horrible store, horrible business with the worst customer service. I'll sum my experience up as shortly as possible. The store associate sized me incorrectly, and when tried to return I was denied. Contacted bank to fight the charge with a dissatisfied charge back. Corporate finally said they would refund due to wrong size given. I usps the boots, never receive refund check, and they fight through my bank so I am still being charged for boots I returned. Trust me when I say you can buy a good quality shoe elsewhere and not risk the horrible customer service experiences. Not only am I being charged for boots I do not have, but I have dealt with much frustration and literal agony over this business.
