  • I stopped in Hair Land today to pick up some weave hair (very apprehensive based on the reviews I read). I'm transitioning from relaxed to natural and have never had a weave. My stylist gave me some basic instructions but I was in dire need of assistance when it came down to which product to choose. The gentleman behind the counter (so sorry I didn't get his name) was sooooo nice and helpful. He showed me multiple products and patiently explained the differences between each. I received EXCELLENT customer service! Granted, it was 6:30pm on a Thursday, so I would imagine they are much busier in prime hours. But based on the service I received today, I will be back!!
