  • I really wanted to give this place a higher rating, but just can't because of the staff. Let me say, the indoor skydiving experience itself was so fun, but the employees leave a lot to be desired. All but 2 looked absolutely miserable, like they were forced to be there, including one of the ladies checking us in, not a good first impression. Our flight instructor seemed to hate being there, no excitement at all, I just couldn't get over how miserable everyone seemed, and that impacts the overall experience. Upon check in we were told that they recommend for first time flyers you pay an extra $10 for a full face helmet, which of course we did, yet once upstairs and instructor tell us "oh we don't usually recommend these for first time flyers". Really??? So they lied downstairs? After getting my helmet I could tell it didn't fit right. No one bothered to check you to see if it was on correctly so I asked them. Apparently part of the chin strap was on wrong and they corrected it, but I told the instructor that it still felt too big....his response? "Should be fine" and walked away without checking. Well fast forward to my first 20 seconds in the tunnel and they had to take me out because my helmet was too big and flying all over my head. You really just felt totally on your own there. No one checked to make sure your gear was on properly, not one staff member mentioned the earplugs, another customer told us about them and where to get them. The flight certificate you get at the end was never brought up, they were just left sitting on the counter, no one said a word to us about them. They are also supposed to tell you about packages after you fly (not that we would've bought one at this point anyway) but of course that was another thing no one could be bothered doing. So instead of me getting 2 fun 60 seconds in the tunnel like I paid for, I got a 20 second one that was super uncomfortable because my helmet was sliding everywhere and then 1:40 seconds, which seemed too long. Wasn't the experience I was hoping for, wouldn't spend the money there again. Huge disappointment in the staff.
