  • Wife doesn't know I'm leaving this and I stayed out of the transaction. She bought a bridesmaid dress online as per the brides instructions for $130. Because it was bought online it needed some alterations. The bill came to $130 which just about floored me. She took it to perfect fit right after receiving it, tried it on and payed to bill.....cash or check only. When she picked it up there was a 1/8 inch hole in the front right over her heart. Knowing my wife and how particular she is this hole would have been noticed at home after her inspection or at the initial fitting. We think the most obvious place this damaged would have occurred was where they had sharp objects near the dress. No compensations were made and she's stuck with a $260 dress with a hole on the front for her sisters special day.
