My experience was limited, but I thought I would comment on the service I received via telephone. I stopped by on Labor Day weekend and realized they were closed. I had called while I was there and then saw a sign on the door that said they were closed for the holiday. I got a phone call the next morning from a representative saying he missed our call and wanted to know if I needed anything. I explained I was trying to fix my "home" button on my iPhone and that it was acting up every so often. He gave me a price of $40.00 to fix it. I never made it in there, because the home button is working for now, but wouldn't hesitate to come to them again if my phone goes funky again. I appreciate the act they cared about my missed call to call the next day to earn my business. That speaks volumes for business these days!!! Bravo!
