  • On a rainy day why not go to the movies? Great idea, but don't go to regal cinemas in Birkdale! Leaky ceiling halfway through a movie and soaked shoes, pants, and purse. When mentioned to customer service counter, they went to look and never spoke with us after, even with us standing there. Horrible customer service!! Just what you want when you to a movie on a cold wet day, wet shoes and pants. Make the extra drive to Mooresville or north lake or concord!
