  • I had an issue when I went to buy the bronze I needed for a foundry class. Because I had to travel from Flagstaff to Phoenix, I called to make sure they had what I needed, and told them I would be in in about 2 and a half hours to pick up a 15 lb ingot. When I got there, I was dismayed to learn that they had sold every last bit of bronze they had! I was upset, but after speaking with a manager, they completely fixed my problem. They shipped me an ingot from their Tucson store at no additional cost, and it got to me very quickly. Everyone was pleasant and eager to help me. I am completely satisfied, and I highly recommend this business.
