  • Had a good experience yesterday with Dustin from Dukes. Price for service call was a few bucks less than a couple competitors I called. Also female who took my appointment seemed knowledgable. Came out to do normal service on two residential units. One was also not blowing cold air. The problem was pretty obvious with a mice nesting issue and he was able to rewire in less than an hour. The price of re-wiring was what I expected. He also added pvc around wires for future protection. It's the first time I've ever had to use AC service in AZ and I was satisfied. He never tried to up-sell or feed me a line of crap about other services I didn't need. Honest and straight to the point means I'll be using them again for any problems. Good job.
