  • I signed up for a yelp account just to rave about this company. They have my loyalty for life and I'll fly with them any chance I get. We took the occasion to celebrate NYE in Las Vegas via JetSuiteX. I'm still recovering from the weekend but I'll do my best to make sure my review does JetSuiteX justice. We parked at VSP (the local parking in the area) and was shuttled to the JetSuiteX hangar. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly JetSuiteX staff at a desk in the Hangar. There was a couple of decent waiting areas and a foosball table with light refreshments. Inside the hangar was one of their planes and outside the hanger was our plane. Within minutes of arrival (just long enough to use the rest room and soak in the experience) we were boarding our jet with a small group of people. After climbing up the ladder to our plane, we were greeted by the lovely flight attendant and made our way to our seats. The seats were more spacious than you might expect and very comfortable save for some head-rests. I'm 6' tall though so someone shorter might not notice that. There was a bathroom onboard the jet but I didn't notice what size it was or anything. We had heard of turbulence during takeoff with the smaller planes but that never happened with us on either the departure or the return flight. In-flight WIFI was (as other reviewers stated) hit and miss but I didn't really care. The flight was SHORT where we were going, so I barely noticed it. It was a little quieter during flight than normal aircraft but no so much that you're going to notice. You do still need to speak up and the person behind you won't hear you if you are engaged in a normal conversation with the person next to you. Upon arrival at LAS, we were greeted by our Limo and continued with the rest of our vacation. JetsuiteX sent regular emails to me keeping me informed of my itinerary and what to expect. Where JetSuiteX really shined was on our return trip. Their instructions clearly stated that we were to meet at a different address in Las Vegas than where we arrived, and would be shuttled there. I didn't read properly that we should arrive at this other address 45 minutes ahead of schedule and as a result I missed the shuttle that takes us from there to the flight. After confessing my slip-up the JetSuiteX staff jumped into action and worked with me to get me on my flight. It was TOTALLY my screw-up but they took GREAT care of me anyway. We ended up boarding our plane just minutes before it's scheduled departure and made it out of LAS no worse for the wear and left in complete awe at the amazing service. I know I'm going a little overboard here but JetSuiteX took on the burden of my mistake and really went above and beyond -- way beyond my expectations, way more than I deserved and so much more than would have been possible with your typical airline -- to make sure we were cared for. I seriously wish flying was like this everywhere. This was the aviation experience of a lifetime and WELL worth the money. I almost don't want to recommend this so that I can keep this wonderful little hidden gem to myself. What an experience.
