We had just landed in Phoenix for Spring Break/ Spring Training. My husband had heard about Matt's Big Breakfast on one of his podcasts that he listens to so I thought we'd try it.
Saturday late morning....PLEASE be prepared to WAIT. It was a little over an hour for a group of 6. Altho the empty tables sat dirty for a while - so maybe they were short on bussers. The wait wasn't too bad because you can walk along the lake, sit in the grass and enjoy the architecture of the State Farm campus.
We were seated inside, and our waitress was super cool. I have to forewarn you; the actual menu itself is pretty limited. 10 items max for breakfast and maybe 6-7 sandwhich/lunch items. Their ice tea was delish. I ordered the special that was a "chicken enchilada sausage" scramble with jalapenos. Yum! But even better than that were their breakfast potatoes. YUM! My husband ordered a side of bacon, but by the time I was ready to try it - he had eaten it all! HAHA!
I love the area, and the food was yum, so I would probably come back!
