rev:text	Honestly, this dealership doesn't even deserve one star. I work for MINI Cooper, a company owned by BMW. It's also a Penske Automotive dealership. We are taught the customer is the main priority and that they should be treated respectfully. I booked an appointment online with Autonation for an oil and oil filter change. I NEVER selected an air filter change. The advisor quoted me $89 and I was wondering why it cost so much. He preceded to tell me that I asked for an air filter change when I never agreed to that and when I signed the work order, it was never written on the paper for an air filter. I changed the air filter out ON MY OWN and did not need it changed by them. Why would I spend $40 extra to change something I can do myself for less than $20. I asked for the manager and even the manager treated me like shit! Saying I asked for it to be done when I did not. I have a screenshot of my appointment in which I ONLY asked for an oil and oil filter change. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealerships and we have gotten service with them ever since despite that I work for a car company and can get a discount on any service we need. Dodge is closer to home and it's a dealership specific to our cars. I will never purchase a vehicle from this lousy dealership again and I will take my car to my dealership with MINI Cooper despite the drive and despite the fact they don't specialize in dodge. This is a horrible dealership with awful customer service.
