  • If you have immediate and worsening Podiatry needs. Please AVOID this place! 1. They will never return your call timely. They only call you back twice every week. 2. This facility has a lot of patients that they can't handle the volume. 3. UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ASSISTANTS. Specifically Crystal (Dr Kuruvilla). An unapologetic, arrogant and ignorant employee. This woman has lawsuit (s) coming her way. 4. READ the other YELP reviews. This place continues to exist with poor office management. It's not the doctors running this place. It's the clerical staff with disgusting work ethics. 5. I encourage anyone who had a delay in treatment due to the issues above to complain as well to NEVADA STATE BOARD OF PODIATRY nvpodiatry@bop.nv.gov , Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance, Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services This facility needs to re-evaluate its capacity to accept more patients without compromising TIMELY CARE AND TREATMENTS. ULTIMATELY IT'S THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF THIS FACILITY THAT SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THESE ARE PATIENTS, NOT JUST $$$$ SIGNS.
