  • FANTASTIC customer service from Shelby! I had been calling around to multiple shops and dealerships and was having trouble getting anyone honest and reasonably priced. I spoke to Shelby and was very impressed. The price I was given absolutely murdered the quote the dealership provided. I expressed concerns about not going to a dealer but was reassured with confidence and kindness from Shelby. I made an appointment for the next day and when I came in Shelby had remembered our conversation. She already knew exactly what needed to be done and got me in quickly. My car was finished in a timely manner and when I came back in, the lobby area was busy. I was concerned I'd have to wait a while to pick up my car since Shelby was the only one helping people. She was answering phones, greeting people coming in, and helping customers all at once and all on her own. I don't know how she did it, but she helped everyone so efficiently. I only waited a few minutes! The price at the end was exactly what I was quoted. I'm very impressed and will only be using (and referring) Shelby at Firestone from now on.
