  • Amazing Austin...I went in after a fiasco with another company left my 85 yr old father without a platform bed last minute. I explained what I needed (and vented a little, which he appropriately sympathized with as a good customer service person does) and he showed me my options. I finagled a little bit of a discount, which he allowed I think in seeing that I already had a rough day (and after an 'eye' check with the manager), for the floor model because I needed it same day at that point and needed it to fit in my car. After the transaction was done, I got a call later from Austin saying his manager kindly drove across town to get me a new in box one. I told him thank you and that I'd end up seeing him tomorrow with a different vehicle. The next day he helped load the boxes in the truck I got (on a feeling that my standard car might not work w the boxed pieces) and I told him I'd be reviewing him. And yes ok technically the store too...which honestly did have other nice furniture but I was focused that day! The bed, btw, was super easy to put together, the fastest I ever assembled any piece of furniture and only needed 1 screwdriver for 6 support screws as it was slotted together with steel! 20 minutes max. And my dad loves it!
