  • This review is loooong overdue, but it's a pleasure to write and share with anyone seeking real state services in the Gilbert area. We were first time homebuyers, moving into AZ from out of state and chose Newman Realty based on the great Yelp reviews. My wife called Mark, unsure of what questions to ask or where to start and Mark provided everything we needed to make this transition smooth and stress free (considering moving is not stress free at all, right?)! Mark is not only incredibly knowledgeable with the city and the market, but he became a friend/mentor and helped us to go in the right direction for what was the best decision for us now as a family and what makes the most sense for the future. Mark was patient, explained what we needed for AZ and walked us through the buying process with only 2 visits to scout for houses. Not once did he make us feel pressured, hurried or uninformed. Quite the contrary; he made us comfortable, taught us, guided us but gave us space to make decisions and process any information as necessary at our speed. Mark and his wife Mickey are a top notch team and we whole-heartedly recommend Newman Realty to anyone needing real estate services. We will absolutely use them when we need to buy again or sell our current home.
