  • BottleHouse is the premier brewery in Cleveland heights. It typically has an outstanding draft selection with at least a few house brews. Their selection of obscure beers on draft clearly separates them from most other Cleveland bars. The venue itself has a really swanky vibe, including multiple pinball machines, numerous board games, and a small stage for performances. They hold a number of events weekly, with my favorite being a board / role playing game night. Typically the bar is filled with yuppies and hipsters, allowing for a diverse drinking experience. Service is usually snappy, but can be slow if they get packed (which happens frequently). Food selection is fair, and the quality of the food is excellent considering the size and aim of the establishment. Food prices are modest enough, however draft prices are typically a dollar above nearby bars. This may be a function of the quality of the beer they stock, and as such I'm usually more than glad to pay extra for a premium brew. Excellent pub / small brewery in Cleveland heights, definitely worth a visit.
