| - So at the recommendation of my doctor, I made an appointment here to get the allergies checked out. The food allergies are starting to scare me.
Anyway, my appointment was at 9...I filled out my paperwork online but they still said to arrive 30 minutes early for additional paperwork. Yay, 4 more forms that just needed my siggie.
Then we wait, we wait, we wait and wait some more. There's signs that say if you are waiting more that 15 minutes, please notify the receptionist. So I did. Oh yes, we are just getting a room ready for you. And so we wait some more. Actually an hour and 15 minutes after I arrive, I finally get called back. Ridiculous!
I saw about 5 different people back here...someone took my blood pressure and temperature, the doctor came in and rushed through questions I already filled out online and asked about my allergy history. Not once did I feel comfortable talking to him because I just felt rushed with everything. But waiiiiiiiiitttt, it was about to slow down completely.
When i finally had my tests done to determine what I am allergic to, things just kind of stop. One person does the test, another person cleans off my back, another person draws blood for additional tests. Then I wait for what seems to be an hour, waiting on the doctor to give my final diagnosis and send me home.
After all that, I didn't learn anything I did not already know. Use the Epipen, take Benadryl, or go to the ER. I've already been doing that.
What a waste of time!
