  • I use to like this CU but has gone down hill. Now it's just like any other bank, you use to get points to cover fees now they discontinued that. I had a loan with them and got gap insurance my car got totaled out and my main insurance sent them a check for the car within a week and needed gap to cover the rest now 2 months later I'm still making payments on the car because azcental gap insurance hasn't paid yet. I'm closing my account and going some where else, if I ask why they just say it's threw a third party we submitted the paperwork they don't call or try to find out what's going on
