  • I wish I had a choice and I'd change. For some things I'm happy...the new recycle bins are GREAT! When everything is ordinary, I don't have issues. However, our trash pickup went from twice a week to once a week. On the occasion I forget to set out the trash....I really don't have options. They won't pick up extra bags left by the trashcan. Recently, they didn't pick up my bulk pickup. Was it heavy, yes...could me and my husband move it...also yes...so it wasn't THAT heavy. Sometimes I feel like if the drivers can get out of doing work, they do. I guess my expectations are too high because I've lived places where if you forgot to pull your bin to the curb, they would jog up the drive way and get it. Those guys got a good tip at Christmas. I've tried customer service...it wasn't helpful. The best thing to do it take it to the dump yourself.
