  • Less than desirable experience. - 50 min estimate time turned into an 90 min wait. - Receptionist argued I could not have been waiting that long. DESPITE having text message verification stating otherwise. - Driver drove past me despite me flashing/eventually following AND being on line with reception. - Driver also left my engine running...the entire 25 minute tow. + The only plus/convenient thing was they accepted all forms of payment ( cash or card )
