  • THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN TWO YEAR WARRANTY!!!....SCAM ALERT... I called ANYTIME GARAGE DOOR to have my garage door fixed about 1 1/2 years ago. It would have been just a simple replacement for one of the panels because it has a tear that making an odd noise when the garage closes. But "John" told me my garage door is an old model so he could not replaced just the panel. His recommendation is to replace the whole garage door. Since I had my old door for over 10 years, I agreed to get it replaced. I paid over $750 for the replacement. Last week, the 3 screws that attached to the door opener broke off and bent the top panel. So I called ANYTIME GARAGE DOOR and they sent "John" but he is not the same "John" from the one that replaced my garage door. He said the warranty does not cover the damage because it was an operator error. He said I must have done something that made the screws broke off. Of course I did, I pushed the button from my remote and the door switch open and close for the last 1 1/2 years like how you supposed to open and close a garage door. I also maintain the rollers by spraying lubricants. If I have to get the damage fix, it will cost me over $450 so I decided to fix it myself. My old garage door that came with the house when I bought lasted over 10 years but the garage door they installed lasted 1 1/2 years before the screws broke off and bent the top panel. Its a piece of junk. WARNING....There website has a Better Business Bureau logo but they are not accredited with BBB.
