  • I hired Ambassador upon arriving in Las Vegas with my handicapped Mother to attend my brother's wedding. When we arrived at the hotel the driver got out and told me, " I had to pay him cash" despite the credit card signs all over the limo. I pointed out the obvious and he argues with me trying to convince me to pay him cash so he could "pocket" the money and over-charge me!! At that point, I started to call Ambassador's dispatch and the driver's story quickly "changed" again!! Dude was attempting to Rip Me Off!! I did get his license plate number and reported the incident to the dispatch and requested a manger call me back; No one ever did!! Poorly run company and organization!! Be careful, the driver's attempt to over-charge!!!
