  • Landed in Las Vegas on 9/14. Thrifty line was long, poorly marked and confusing. No sign to direct blue chip customers. Waited an hour in line and was told they did not have my reservation. Oh wait, your are a blue chip customer, you can go pick-up your car down stairs. Proceeded down stairs and waited in line for another 20 minutes in the garage. Dollar and Thrifty lines were inter-mixed in both areas. Service personnel worked at a snails pace with little concern for customers. Car windows were dirty inside and out. Go elsewhere and pay a little more for better service.
