  • Poor customer service! I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts and pop in every so often to get a box. Twice, after getting home and opening the box, I did not get the donuts that I had ordered. Kept the receipt and spoke to the manager and he blamed me for not catching the mistake. He should have made it right!
