  • My first few visits to this place was fine but the last two experiences were really bad and I decide to never go back. I love this place because it looks fancy but some of their manicurist is inexperience and their service is not always good. When I had my pedicure last time, I repeatedly told the manicurist that my feet are very sensitive that she need to be carefully when exfoliating. I told her three time during my session but I don't think she listened. It was a 7:00 pm appointment so I guess she want to finish work as soon as possible. My toenail side is not even clean after the pedicure. Anyway, I booked another appointment with a different manicurist this time but I was late for my appointment, bad traffic in downtown. I went to the reception to check in, they told me to pick a colour and want for the manicurist. I am glad I could still do the pedicure and had sit down at the nail lounge, then they told me that I was late and they are unable to provide the service..... I mean really, on average I spent above $60.00 for a pedicure in here and I do my nail every two to three weeks. I don't want to spend it in a spa that provide sometime good and sometime bad service.
