  • This place was awesome, the only place I know of in North America where you can sit in hot pools outside and watch the snow. It was super peaceful. There were three hot pools and they recommended cycling between the hot pools, cold pools, and periods of rest. We had only good interactions with the staff-- they were sweet. They do ask that you limit full-voiced conversations to two dedicated conversation rooms, not a hard guideline to follow and totally understandable. Around dusk, the lights started to come on, illuminating the snow and the trees. My only gripe is that I think the hot pools should be hotter, like 42-44 C instead of 39 C. Still, though, really magical and great.
