  • I came to Phoenix from New Orleans to meet my parents for their birthdays; my parents are also from out of town. I didn't know where to get a birthday cake, but wanted something better than a grocery store cake. Dobosh cakes and Macaroons are big in NOLA, so I figured that the reviews on yelp for this place would lead me in the right direction- THEY DID!!! We ordered a small chocolate Dobosh cake and 4 flavors of macaroons, 5 of each flavor. The owner was very nice and helpful over the phone, he was very easy to work with, and made great suggestions for pairing. The price for 20 macaroons and a small Dobosh cake was about $50. You can't get better than that for a solid birthday desert for five people. Want really well done treats? Get your treats here!
