  • We live in the Garden Lakes subdivision in Avondale and a neighbor said he saw some metal laying on our roof. We promptly called Vaskez Roofing and Dave Vaskez came by and discovered the metal vents were not secured to the roof, nothing holding them down. He promptly secured them and checked out everything else and gave us a thumbs up! They were prompt in calling me back and getting me on the schedule, even after all the monsoons in the area. I think $150 was a fair charge for a professional a checkup. Thank you guys for taking care of our tile roof, it's much appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone, they obviously value their customers.
