  • Went to the optical center on June 13, 2013 to order new prescription glasses for my son. This will be his very first pair of glasses. Got his first glasses after a week. A year later, when we went to another optometrist for his annual eye exam. Come to find out the glasses that walmart optical made, had the wrong prescription for one eye. It was two grades lesser than the original prescription. Due to this huge mistake, his eyes will be harder to correct and he has to wear higher prescription compared to the other eye. I contacted the general manager who changed the lenses with his current prescription but would not change the frame to new ones. I contacted corporate office and the district manager but they had every excuse they can provide and until now I haven't heard anything from them. Will never order any prescription glasses from this walmart optical ever again!
