  • If I can give this business a -1 Star, I would. They lack customer service, compassion and more importantly respect for their patients. I warn you, oh boy do I ever warn you to never go to this office for an eye exam. To start, we came in to have our daughter's checked out because of blurry vision , difficulties focusing and headaches. Their crappy service started with the front desk/computer set up personnel. She was rude to not only to me with her quick short answers upon completion of required paperwork but she was also rude to my daughter (patient). First off, my daughter was trying to understand what she needs to identify through the vision system since she was having difficulty with the devices. Again, short with her like she was me, in an uncaring manner and bossy manner, told her to "just blink until you see it". At that point, we should have picked up and left. Sadly the foul treatment continued as the appointment moved onto the optometrist. She conducted the physical eye exam and initially stated, "there isn't really much of a prescription on your distance" then proceeded with near sight vision testing. So, without asking what our concerns are, directed us that she will need two types of glasses. So, being that she never asked why were in for the exam, directed me that our daughter, who is only 18 years old, needs 2 types of glasses. So as a parent that wants what is the correct fix without having to buy something we don't need. I simply asked if the computer generated test matched the physical test. Without answering my question, she pressed on that you shouldn't go off the computer generated test because of inaccuracies. "If that's the case, why do the test?" I asked her. Her answer was, well the computer is just not as accurate. I then proceeded to tell her, our concern is her headaches she gets, then said asked her, do you think possibly, by correcting her near-sighted vision, would that alleviate some of her headaches. In a very condescending manner, she explained to me that her farsightedness needs to be corrected because it affects her driving. (Keep in mind, she had just said her far-sightedness did not need much correction) so all of this did not make any sense! AGAIN, I warn you!.... do not go to this place for your eye exams!!
