I circled the Summerlin Macy's men's department four times tonight looking for youth clothing for my teenage son. I was there 10-15 minutes and there were literally NO sales agents on the floor the entire time. Two check out desks were each five customers deep, meaning it would have been another 20 minutes to check out even if someone had helped me find what I was looking for. Finally, I gave up and went to Dillard's where we were immediately greeted and assisted. I found exactly what we were looking for and made a very nice purchase. I can't imagine any reason to go back to Macy's with such a complete lack of customer service and with the far superior Dillard's just around the corner.
