  • H O R R I B L E! If I could give her a zero for all the excuses she gave me after she ruined my brows. There was no shape at all and when I asked she said I have a space in my brow, which is at the beginning and not even close to where my arch should be. I asked to make them thinner because they are thick and just way off, she said she can only take 2 more hairs out. No way should the end of my brow be as thick as the beginning. That's what happens when I don't go to GOMA at the Flamingo and Eastern location. I guess I have to drive across town to get the service and skill I need even though I live minutes from a few locations. Not to mention she was in the back for a while before she even came out and acknowledged me. Now I have to go get them fixed tomorrow before I leave for my trip.
