  • This review is for the service only. I love eating at Nandos, and have loved it for years. Since moving to the neighbourhood I was happy to see that there is a Nandos so close to me. I have ordered from this location many times and always had the same problem. It takes forever to get through to someone on the phone (many times I've given up) and when you do order it's not ready in the time that they say. I've also tried going in and ordering from the counter and waiting to take out and I always end up waiting at least half an hour. The food is great once you get it, but it just takes forever! It's much faster to just change your mind and order from another restaurant for dinner. My advice is get some more staff if the location is that busy! And please put one person in charge of taking calls.
