  • DO NOT LIVE HERE. Have had nothing but horrible things to say about this place since DAY ONE. We live in a renovated 2nd floor apartment with wood flooring and are constantly harassed by our downstairs neighbors for being too loud. To make matters even worse, our neighbors from hell happen to be the head of maintenance for this dump and his wife who waits eagerly to pound on our walls and record our every move. You can hear EVERYTHING through these walls, I hear them fighting and yelling at their kids every single day. My husband and I both work 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week and are RARELY home during the day, yet we have supposedly received "numerous noise complaints". Lots of dog poop through out the complex, DOZENS of stray cats, small fitness center, limited parking spaces and covered parking spaces are so small. At least 1 random maintenance order a month that require your water to be turned off for hours at a time. Beware!! The renovated model they show you also looks nothing like the apartment you will move in to. We were shown beautiful nice white granite countertops, and what we received instead is marble "paper" glued overtop the previous wooden counters. So cheap. Old cabinets stained with grease that they will not replace or paint. Not worth the extra $200 we paid a month to upgrade.
