If there was a way to give a zero, I would HAVE.. Don't make the mistake that I made. Three (3) months and 11 days of total frustration. Unprofessional isn't the word for it. No organization, left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. One untruth after another depending on who you happened to speak too.
I was told that I cancelled the policy and reinstated it the same day? Why would I do that when I paid the premium in advance of the coverage. Do not run away from these people; get on a 777 and fly away as fast as you can and don't look back...
