  • Can't believe I forgot to review this place. Great gourmet burger joint with some surprising twists. The burgers are Asian fusion which in some warped way works. The selection of fries they have are insanely addictive. The truffle Parmesan fries are my favorite. The other surprising twist is that this is also a ramen noodle shop. The ramens are pretty authentic and reasonably priced. Others I have been there with get ramens, I stick with the burgers. :) They also do steamed Bao sandwiches. The pork belly Bao is to die for. This place is always slammed so expect a wait for a table. The food is not cheap and borders on expensive but the quality of the food you gets makes it worthwhile. The service is bonkers considering how small the place is and hailing your server can be a challenge at times. The bouncy and interested nature of the staff far outweighs how busy they are. If you have friends coming to town and want to show them some off strip Vegas goodness, you can't go wrong with Bachi Burger!
