  • This is a resort that is part of my families timeshare. We've stayed here many times and every time we do something in the room doesn't work. It's horrible. This past time we stayed in their penthouse suite and everything that makes that room special wasn't working. What a waste of points. Jacuzzi's lights on the balcony were broken. TV audio was out. And our coffee maker didn't work. When we asked for someone to fix the jacuzzi he came out and said he couldnt do anything and that we'll have to wait till Monday. Good thing this was Fri night and we were leaving Sun. Boo.
