  • DO NOT go to this location. The front office personnel are incredibly rude. I showed up with a prescription to get crutches for my five year old son and was hollered at by someone named Kelly. Apparently I needed some sort of authorization from my insurance ON TOP of the prescription (even though I was told to go to that specific location by my ins company). Ummm... how on earth am I supposed to know these things? Isn't that what the front office does? I had a prescription for them from the doctor called the company and they sent me there. I left and bought a $5 pair of crutches from offer up.
