  • I've eaten at a different Cornish Pasty location and had a much better experience with my food. Otherwise, my review would have been 2 stars. I ordered the Rosemary Chicken pasty and was pretty disappointed with the taste and quality of the item. I would avoid it. The chicken was low grade and the unappealing slimy texture of the items inside the pasty made it appear to be not fresh, like a glorified hot-pocket. I did not like the choice in flavor of the cheese with the rosemary, and it was all rather bland. My dinner party ordered the Pavlova desert, and it wasn't something I would order. They all love that desert, but I found it very unappealing. Lots of sugarless bland whipped cream, some fruit, and the meringue texture was just weird to me, but I have no idea if that's how the Pavlova is traditionally made. Considering my first experience at a different location being good, I would try something else on the menu and avoid the Rosemary Chicken and Pavlova. I personally wouldn't be quick to pick this place for dinner. Our service was fine.
