  • I came across Modern Milk on Instagram back in 2016 while pregnant for my son. Initially, I signed up for their Prenatal Yoga class before discovering the numerous educational classes they offered as well. In my third trimester, my husband and I enrolled in their Pregnancy, Birth and Baby class to prepare for our first child. We liked the fact that the class was lead by a Registered Nurse who thoroughly educated us on the tools we'd need to be successful in all phases of pregnancy, labor and becoming parents. Their mission is "to provide a community wellness center to educate, encourage, and empower today's modern mom" and Modern Milk does just that. BONUS: They also have a great selection of super cute baby clothes & accessories, plus some of the best nursing supplies!
