  • Las Vegas native...long time Beemer owner. After reading some of these reviews, I felt compelled to post this review. Henderson BMW service center has always treated me well. John Hastings was the last person I dealt with and he is a phenomenal service advisor. I've been grumped on before here, I won't mention any names (Mike), but who hasn't had a bad day? Service=good...That said, I won't buy from them. The last 2 purchases I made, I ended up going to LV BMW because...I'll just say the sales staff was less than honorable...Here's the catch! LV BMW has a horrible service center...lol...so, to recap...BMW of Henderson is good for service, not for sales, and BMW of LV is good for sales, not service. 4 stars for service...-1 for sales.
