I am a huge Giada fan, so when I visited Las Vegas recently I had to stop by her restaurant.
I arrived right before 5 pm for dinner and was able to find a seat at the bar. Within 30 minutes, the entire restaurant was packed.
I tried the arugula salad and the salmon, which were both phenomenal.
Rob and Martin were the two bartenders taking care of everyone and they both did a great job making sure everyone was being taken care of even though they were getting multiple drink orders every minute.
The next time I hope to see a dessert menu and try one of those.
