  • I went here on Monday, the place wasn't busy. The service was terrible though, my chicken was smaller than the kids meal quarter chicken. My mothers chicken was ice cold, I was going to just order but I figured eating in would be better since something is usually screwed up with my order. Real bad experience on Monday and it's a shame cause I love Swiss chalet but now I have to find an alternative. Better off buying a whole cooked chicken at walmart and a can of dipping sauce. Done with this place.
