  • Went to the location in Scottsdale near the Greenway-Hayden Loop and worked with Kelly. She was a lifesaver! I have dropped my phone a few times since getting it in October last year and it finally cracked after one last drop onto the sidewalk while talking on it. They were the only place that could have my phone fixed within 24 hours. I did have to pay to have the piece needed sent overnight but it was worth it this week with everything I have going on personally. The only down side is the cost, before express shipping for the part was $250. But, that was pretty much the quote I got from everyone I called. The cool thing is, the original quote for the repair was $279 but when I mentioned lower quotes from other shops they offered to price match and save me a trip to another store. This place is close to my work so it was a huge help. They even put on a tempered glass protection screen! They have gained my loyalty for sure if I need a future repair.
