  • By far the best service ever!!!! I used this company for years and NEVER had a single complaint or problem with pests.......I made the mistake of switching because of the cute sales guy that showed up at my door with all his promises!!! Within a month I was bit on the leg by a brown recluse spider while hanging out in my backyard (something I have done for 15 yrs straight almost every night). I immediately switch back to Preventive Pest Control and have not had a single problem since!!! I learned my lesson and will NEVER switch again!! FYI before you even think about switching, call Preventive and talk to them about what was promised by the guy that knocked at your door! Save yourself from the headache, lies, and contracts!! Preventive Pest Control is 100% transparent!, have the best customer service, best techs, they are flexable with scheduling, and my tech Kurt Shoemaker has gone above and beyond for years!!! My home warrenty company offers pest control for free and I still will NEVER switch again!! Customer for life!!
