  • It's the cheapest carpet service without a Groupon so it's fine for what you pay. They do try to up sell and are even disrespectful about your home to get the sale. I've complained many times about cleaners and have left for other companies. Ultimately, all cheap services are going to likely not have the best customer service. I have thick skin and end of day, I'm paying some guy $9 to clean dog poop off my carpet... so it's no skin off my back. Stick to your guns and refuse the upsells and you'll get what you paid for.
