  • This is about what you expect from any state motor vehicle department. All the employees are not motivated, most hate their job (some even said so when asked), and they seem to find joy it causing havoc in your life. I just moved from Colorado and followed the rules as stated online. However, the lady would not accept my ID (even though the internet said that's what I needed). Her final response was "the internet may say that but you won't get a license until you have (different forms of ID)". Oh well, it was no better than I expected it to be. At least when you go in with low expectations you're rarely disappointed.
