  • I had been a loyal customer for about 8 or so years. My whole family goes there and every time we spend a lot of money. I usually leave pretty satisfied. However I went in two weeks ago for a fill and the lady doing my nails rushed through them, she started painting while the acrylic was still wet, and got nail polish all over my fingers. Not to mention cut me a few times. So it was a good thing i wasn't getting my nails done for a big event, because they looked like crap. So whatever, being a loyal customer I just brushed it off and paid anyways. TWO days later my nail broke. So I went back in to get it fixed and said while im here if you could please fix the polish. They charged me! another 20$ to fix what they screwed up in the first place. I did decide to get a few rhinestones to feel better about this situation. Well, the rhinestones fell off THREE days later. I will never be back, i had never had such bad service at this place. and for the 45$ i spent in the last two weeks I could have had an awesome full set somewhere else.
